Here at Pampered we are dedicated to providing a relaxing environment for all of our valued guests. To ensure a tranquil and enjoyable experience for everyone, we kindly request that our salon & spa remain a space for adults and young adults aged 12 and above.
By observing this policy, we can create an environment where you can fully indulge in your salon & spa services without any disruptions. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting this guideline.
CELL PHONES
Please be respectful to the people around you who are trying to relax during their services. Set your phone to vibrate and use a moderate speaking tone if you need to take a call. Hands free devices are strongly encouraged.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO:
• Anyone with a nail condition we suspect may be contagious.
• Anyone with open or infected wounds on the treatment area.
• Anyone in ill health that we suspect may be contagious, or we fear could be further harmed by our services.
• Anyone more than 15 minutes late for an appointment.
*It is the client's responsibility to let the salon or technician know if there is anything that he or she is unhappy with within 2 days of time of their service. It is at the technician's discretion whether a redo is applicable or not.
DEPOSITS & CANCELLATIONS
All new clients are required to pay a 50% deposit to book their service.
Any new or existing clients booking a service over $150 require a 50% deposit to book their service.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 100% of the service value.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the service value.
APPOINTMENTS
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to spa appointment time for consultation.
